While we don’t employ installers directly at KP Planning & Design we have installers that we sub-contract for our cabinet installs.

Yes! Space Planning is so important. When I room is space planned properly it reaches its full potential functionally.
We have extensive training and education in design to go along with our work experience to be able to provide a thorough and functional design for our clients.
Project Details & Communication
A quick way estimate for a full kitchen remodel including new appliances, flooring etc. is 20% of the value of your home.
Estimate 4-6 weeks in the design phase then 6 weeks for cabinetry to be ordered and delivered. Quickness of the project heavily depends on the extent of the project.
That is our purpose. We pull the design together for clients to see the big picture without having to run all over town.
We average 2-3 revisions. We will work together until the plan works well for the design and function of your home.
Between meetings email is preferred for most communication. We do text with quick questions as well.
There are always unexpected issues that appear in a remodel. We discuss each issue with the homeowner before moving forward with the change order.
Absolutely. We will discuss what our first priority is and move on from there.
Service Area, Contractors & Project Management
We serve the Greater Tri-cities area for our Kitchen and Bath remodeling contracting. For cabinetry we are willing to work with anyone ship anywhere is the US
While we do have our contractors license, we know we are not the best fit for every project. We have industry partners we would direct you towards.
If we are hired as the general contractor we will handle the permits, scheduling and project management.
